PUMP TRACK@THE BIKE RANCH

Focus on creating smooth precise movement for the Pump track.These 2 hour programs focusing on creating seamless moves to build speed and save energy. Starting with warming up on the pump track while the coach assesses each rider and develops an idea where to start for each riders to progress their techniques. Pumping and Cornering is a key component to keep momentum.

The Pump track is a great full body work out and can keep you fit and strong during the off season.

These clinics will leave you riding better with more confidence.

Why should I ride a pump track?

  • It teaches you how to pump the terrain to gain speed

  • It teaches you how to ride berms and improve cornering

  • It teaches you how to maintain your power and strength in order to ride as fast as possible

  • It helps you learn how to look several steps ahead of where you’re riding

  • It allows you to be a playful with your bike-handling

  • It is a great full-body workout in a very short amount of time

Riders Ability:beginner riders wanting to learn

Bike min: Bike with street tires one hand brake, NO Coaster brakes please
